High-bay frames, dock-ready plans, and long clear spans. We coordinate the Nucor engineering and erect the warehouse.

Industrial
High eaves, heavy doors, and frames that take the loads inside the plant. Tell us the process and the equipment. We size the steel around that.

Aviation
Engineered hangars, including wide bi-fold and sliding doors. Tell us the aircraft or the fleet and the site, and we size the frame around that.

Transfer stations
Clear-span steel over a deep tipping floor, tall doors for packer trucks, and a frame that stands up to the daily abuse of a transfer operation.

Small flex
Modest clear spans for contractors, suppliers, and light industrial tenants. Individual overhead doors, a glass entry, and a building that leases in pieces.
